1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Only products in their original condition, unworn, unstained, and with original tags and packaging are eligible for return.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order dresses are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items or products marked as final sale.
  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
  • Dresses that have been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

3. Return Process

  1. Email our Customer Support team at the dedicated support address with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).
  2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return approval and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging or equivalent.
  4. Ship the item back to the provided return address using a trackable courier service.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for different sizes or designs are subject to stock availability.
  • Follow the return process above, and indicate clearly if you want an exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective dress, email our Customer Support team immediately with photos.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
